Type of nomenclature. Collection of initial residues of alcoholic beverages How to find out the code of alcoholic beverages from pdf417

Cases of mass poisoning with low-quality alcohol in our country occur with enviable regularity, and the death of people from consuming counterfeit alcohol does not stop. alcoholic products. We can save ourselves and our loved ones by using modern technical means and check alcohol using barcode online.

How pcheck alcohol using barcode online(EGAIS)

There are two easy ways to verify the authenticity of alcohol, and both require Internet access:

1. You can go to the official website of the federal service “Rosalkogolregulirovanie” at the address: http://public.fsrar.ru/checkmark and enter the series and number indicated under the bar code on the excise stamp, enter security code website and get information about products.

The barcode can be entered from a scanner connected to a computer. The site has a section for organizations; they need to enter their TIN and other necessary data for authorization.

If you have purchased counterfeit products, you can report it on the website.

2. Owners of smartphones based on Android, iOS or operating systems Windows Phone, can download and installfreePapplication for checking alcohol barcode,developed and presented on July 1, 2016 by Rosalkogolregulirovanie.

In addition to the authenticity of alcoholic beverages, the application also provides information about places of authorized sale of alcoholic beverages that have a state license.

Mobile app“Anti-counterfeiting Alko” is installed accordingly from Google Play, for devices on Android based, App StoreApple Iphone iOS, Windows Phone – on phones with operating system Microsoft Windows Phone.

Install the application only from trusted locations, otherwise there may be malicious code!

How to check wine or other alcohol using a barcode online

You have installed the application on your phone, now let's launch it.

The main application window will open with a map of licensed points selling alcohol. You can link to your location and a list of nearby stores will be displayed.

The next menu item “Scan” is designed to read a barcode or QR code and check the quality or authenticity of the product.

By selecting this item, you can read the QR code on the receipt to verify the legality of the sale or scan the barcode on the excise stamp and check the quality of the alcoholic drink.

The phone's camera is automatically activated and you will be asked to read the barcode of the brand or the QR code of the receipt. When pointing the camera, keep it level so that the picture is clear. As soon as the scanner focuses, the code will be read and transmitted to the government information system for processing.

If, after reading the code and processing the information in the EGAIS database, the application is not oncominginformation, which means the product is fake (counterfeit). Directly from the application you can report this (by clicking the “Notify” item) to the regulatory authorities. The form is filled out automatically, all you have to do is submit it, optionally adding photos and your thoughts.

What is EGAIS and how does it help identify counterfeit products?

EGAIS - Unified State Automationzirovanny Information system for accounting and control of volumes and turnover of alcohol and alcohol-containing products.

When producing and importing alcohol, federal special stamps are applied to each unit of product by the manufacturer, and excise stamps are applied by the importer.

In a two-dimensional qr code onalcohol, the following information is necessarily encoded:

  • name of alcoholic or alcohol-containing products
  • informationabout the manufacturer or importer of the goods
  • licensing information
  • characteristics of a specific product, including bottling date

When a product moves from a manufacturer or importer to a retail store, a code is scanned and entered into EGAIS, which allows you to trace the entire path of the product to the counter.

When selling alcohol, the operator reads the code on the product, which is submitted for verification to the Unified State Automated Information System and, if the verification is successful, a unique QR code is generated and printed on the receipt. Keep in mind that even if you purchased, for example, Baltika, Zhatetsky Gus and Zhigulevskoe beer, there will only be one QR code on the receipt, and each bottle will also have its own code.

As a result, the Buyer has a receipt with a QR code, which can be used to trace the entire route of movement of alcohol and goods with a brand containing information about a specific product.

Modern technologies make our lives much easier and simpler, and sometimes can save us from irreparable consequences. A few simple steps and your life will become safer.

Victoria Pokrovskaya – [email protected]

From July this year federal Service on regulation of the alcohol market (FS RAR) introduces new requirements for the production and import of alcohol. It will be necessary to keep records of each brand, indicate them when shipping products, and also create groups of products (box, pallet, set) under one bar code, by which it will be possible to identify all the unique bar codes of the products included in this group. This article looks at how you can solve these problems using COGNEX machine vision.

Since 2015, the production of alcohol, alcohol-containing and alcoholic products on the territory of the Russian Federation has been recorded by the EGAIS system and is gradually coming under state control. In 2018, FS RAR plans to control the entire industry and thereby supplant counterfeit alcohol.

Coding of alcoholic beverages

Rice. 1. FSM/excise stamp of a new type

Blot accounting in the Unified State Automated Information System implies control of the movement of each unit of labeled alcoholic beverages. Alcohol produced on the territory of the Russian Federation is marked with federal special stamps (FSM), and imported products are marked with an excise tax stamp for alcohol (AM).

FSM and AM of the new model (since 2012) include two barcodes (Fig. 1). The first, two-dimensional code of the DataMatrix format is applied to Goznak, contains the series and number of the brand itself and is not sent to the EGAIS database. The second, two-dimensional barcode PDF417 is applied to the excise/federal stamp by the manufacturer or importer of the product, and they also send this data to EGAIS. Stacked two-dimensional barcode of the PDF417 standard is used in Russia for personal identification, reporting to government agencies, verification of tickets and boarding passes, identification postal items, and also (since 2006) for identification and accounting of alcoholic/alcohol-containing products and data exchange in the EGAIS system. PDF417 allows you to confirm the fact of legal circulation of alcoholic beverages by obtaining the following information from the database:

  • type, name and manufacturer of alcoholic products;
  • date of barcode application;
  • name of the organization that received the stamp and date of receipt;
  • alcohol content in products;
  • volume of consumer packaging, etc.

PDF417 must be scanned and sent to the EGAIS database to verify the correctness of the brand when selling goods at retail.

Software

To provide EGAIS with information on the volume of production and sales of alcoholic beverages, a special software(software) - universal transport module (UTM) - and equipment that allows you to transfer this information to Rosalkogolregulirovanie.

Piece accounting of alcohol makes it possible to automatically keep track of each unit of manufactured products, as well as form product groups (box, pallet, set) under one bar code through the use of high-tech equipment using machine vision technology.

Complete Cognex Solution

The system for piece identification of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products (Fig. 2) is designed for automated reading of codes located on the excise stamp and on the end of the bottle, as well as for preparing information in the format provided for in the EGAIS alcohol products accounting system.

Rice. 2. Stages of identification of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products

Identification of this product includes several stages: labeling, verification, group packaging and aggregation. Let's look at this process using the example of a system using COGNEX machine vision.

At the initial stage of production, an excise stamp (PDF417) is applied to the bottle moving along the conveyor in the labeling area, and a temporary code (DataMatrix) is applied to the bottle cap.

Then the bottle enters the verification zone, where, using eight Cognex DataMan 262Q-ALC scanners located along the contour of the bottle and one scanner above its cap, the PDF417 and DataMatrix code is read and formed on the bottle cap. If the required values are missing, the rejection mechanism is triggered. No preliminary orientation/positioning of bottles relative to the scanner is required.

As the bottles arrive on the storage table, a group packaging of bottles in a box is formed. Group scanning of DataMatrix temporary codes from the caps of all bottles in a box is performed by a stationary Cognex DataMan 363X scanner, which also gives a signal to print and stick a transport label (barcode) on the box. Next, the Cognex DataMan 262Q-ALC scanner reads the barcode of the box and saves it in information base manufacturer.

When a pallet is filled with boxes of bottles, the system generates a barcode and prints a shipping label for the pallet containing the barcodes of all boxes. The label from the pallet is read by a Cognex DataMan 8050 series hand-held scanner, after which information about the manufactured products is entered into the EGAIS database.

The productivity of the described system is 12,000 bottles/hour. Identification of bottles with a cross-section of up to 100 mm and a height of up to 350 mm is carried out.

Equipment used:

  • stationary scanners Cognex DataMan 262Q-ALC (8 pcs.) for reading PDF417 or DataMatrix from FSM/excise stamps from non-oriented bottles;
  • stationary scanner Cognex DataMan 262Q-ALC for reading the time code (DataMatrix) from the bottle cap at the verification stage;
  • stationary scanner Cognex DataMan 363X for group reading of time codes (DataMatrix) from covers at the packaging stage;
  • stationary scanner Cognex DataMan 262Q-ALC for reading the shipping label code from a group package;
  • Cognex DataMan 8050 handheld scanner for reading the transport label code from a pallet for sending data to EGAIS.

When selling each unit of alcoholic beverages labeled with AM/FSM in a retail network, it is necessary to keep the information contained on the stamp in the receipt. It is read by a two-dimensional barcode scanner. The data saved in the receipt must be transferred to the data processing center in EGAIS (Fig. 3) using UTM. Information in the form of a QR code must be printed on the receipt itself. Using such a code, the buyer can check the legality of the purchased product using a smartphone or PC connected to the Internet.

In the Unified State Automated Information System, all alcoholic products are accounted for separately for each name and manufacturer and have their own FSRAR code. This information must be downloaded from EGAIS to Classifier of organizations EGAIS application solution, which can be opened from the form Sales/Purchases/Warehouse and delivery – Service – Exchange with EGAIS or directly from the section Sales - See also.

Information about accepted products is automatically downloaded upon receipt of the EGAIS consignment note (incoming). For more information about receiving, see.

In addition, it is possible to pre-load classifier elements from EGAIS:

  • According to the TIN of the manufacturer (importer).
  • According to the alcohol product code.

You can indicate the code of alcoholic beverages when requesting using a barcode scanner.

To reflect trade and warehouse operations in the application solution, alcoholic products must also be included in the “Nomenclature” directory.

For directory elements "Nomenclature" must be selected Type of nomenclature with type Product: Alcohol (alcohol-containing) products.

For alcoholic beverages, batch accounting can be organized. A series for alcoholic products always identifies a batch of goods, and the details of the series, along with others, may include Manufacturer (EGAIS) And Help 2 (EGAIS).

Accounting for alcoholic products by series also allows you to keep track of the cost of each delivery. Series are automatically generated in the receipt document.

For items related to alcoholic products, the group details must be filled in Information on alcoholic products:

  • Type of alcoholic products according to the EGAIS classifier. Checkbox Markable, established for the type of alcoholic products, determines the procedure for the sale of alcoholic products - for products with a checked box, the excise stamp must be read and the sale reflected in the Unified State Automated Information System.
  • Manufacturer (importer)– element of the directory of counterparties and Origin according to the classifier of countries of the world.
  • Alcohol products in opened containers– the checkbox is set for alcoholic products that are sold on tap. When this check box is selected, volume entry is not required. Sales of such products are reflected in the reporting, but data on their sales are not reflected in the Unified State Automated Information System.
  • Volume alcoholic products in the configuration are indicated in units of measurement Dal, in the Unified State Automated Information System it is transmitted in liters.
  • Fortress as a percentage of the volume fraction of ethyl alcohol.

For labeled products (with the checkbox selected Markable for the type of alcoholic product) the field must also be filled in Barcode PDF417.

Elements of the EGAIS classifier of alcoholic products and the nomenclature directory are interconnected. Each element of the EGAIS alcohol products classifier can correspond to several elements of the application solution nomenclature directory. For example, one position of alcoholic products in EGAIS may correspond to nomenclature of different quality, goods in gift wrapping, etc. At the same time, each element of the nomenclature directory may also correspond to several elements of the EGAIS classifier - for example, alcoholic products of the same brand produced by different factories.

A comparison of the elements of the EGAIS classifier of alcoholic beverages with the elements of the nomenclature directory is carried out separately for each batch of products at the time of its receipt by the document EGAIS consignment note(incoming) or acceptance for accounting by the document Certificate of registration on the balance sheet of the Unified State Automated Information System. A new item reference book element can be created using a button in the item selection list, automatically filled with data from the classifier.

If exactly one element of the nomenclature directory is matched for alcoholic products, then in the future it will be supplied by default to EGAIS documents automatically. When several elements of the EGAIS classifier of alcoholic products are associated with one nomenclature position of an enterprise, this column will be filled in in the receipt documents for the labeled products when scanning the excise stamp. In consumable documents, you can use the Select certificates 2 command.

In the form of an element of the EGAIS nomenclature classifier via a hyperlink in the line Matched in IB You can open a list of matched items in the item reference book.

Packaging of labeled products

Alcohol products can be supplied, stored and shipped in labeled group containers (boxes, pallets). The use of marked packaging allows you to scan the packaging barcode instead of scanning when performing operations that require recording in the Unified State Automated Information System. digital indicators of all alcoholic products contained in the packaging. In this case, information about digital identifiers of alcoholic beverages is filled in automatically based on previously saved packaging information, including barcode and hierarchy of attachments.

When alcoholic products are received in labeled packaging from the supplier, information about the packaging will be indicated in the EGAIS TTN document (incoming). The composition and barcodes of the packages can be viewed in the Verification of incoming alcoholic beverages form.

Packaging marking

If the company independently packages incoming alcoholic beverages and generates its own barcodes for it, then information about the new packaging is also reflected in the Verification of incoming alcoholic beverages form by clicking the button - add labeled packaging. An enterprise can generate its own barcodes for existing packaging by clicking the button - mark packaging. In a similar way, you can mark the packaging from the form Selection and verification of alcoholic products for the documents TTN EGAIS (incoming) and the Statement of Balance Sheet.

When adding new packaging or labeling of existing packaging, a barcode will be generated. The barcode format for marking group containers is not strictly fixed in regulations and can be chosen by alcohol market participants independently. The program supports the following types of barcodes:

  • Code128 - generated based on the specified organization identifier (TIN or FSRAR code can be selected), date and serial number.
  • SSCC - is formed based on the specified GSP company prefix assigned by GS1 Russia, the extension number (indicated in accordance with the developed internal rules) and the serial number assigned in order.
  • GS1-128 - a large number of identifiers can be encoded in the barcode (configured using the Selection button), including a product code assigned by GS1 Russia, batch number (TIN + date or FSRAR code + date can be selected), bottling date, etc. .d.
  • GS1 DataBar Expanded Stacked - formed similarly to the GS1-128 code, but can include a larger number of characters and lines.

To print barcode labels, a label template must be added with the purpose Label for package barcodes.

Select clarification:

To work with alcohol excise stamps (scanning PDF417 and Data Matrix barcodes), use a TSD that can scan 2D codes.

Collecting barcodes from alcoholic beverages allows you to add initial balances to your balance sheet.

We generate data tables for sending to EGAIS by scanning each bottle. We find out whether our brands are scanned at all, what kind of alcoholic products they are and which factories (importers). We collect data on serial numbers of brands to find the required forms A (are the serial numbers included in the range serial numbers form).

Creating a document on TSD

For the operation “Collection of initial balances”, a document can be created directly on the terminal.

If there is no document, then when you enter the operation, a new document is created automatically.

After creating a document on the TSD, the main menu of the operation will open.

Start/continue- start scanning alcohol products.

View what you have dialed– viewing the dialed codes of alcoholic beverages.

Settings– operation setup menu.

Leave temporarily– temporary termination of work with the document.

Complete– completion of work with the document.

Work without CheckMark

An Internet connection is required for an online request to the FS RAR database.

Scanning(this is the barcode that is scanned at the checkout).

After scanning the EAN13 barcode, CheckMark will launch automatically.

Scan PDF417 barcode(“large” barcode from the excise stamp).

The program will determine the alcohol code (AP), which will then be needed for serial accounting.

Scan the DataMatrix barcode(“small” barcode from the excise stamp).

The legality of the brand is checked online (via the Internet).

Entering the bottling date

Whether or not to enter the bottling date when collecting initial balances depends on the settings.

If you do not need to enter the bottling date (in the settings, select “Enter bottling date: No”), then the work will proceed as described above (point 2 or 3, depending on whether you are working with or without CheckMark).

If you need to enter the bottling date (in the settings, select “Enter bottling date: Yes”), then the work will proceed a little differently.

Work without CheckMark

After scanning (this is the barcode that is scanned at the checkout) and searching for the product in the database, you will be asked to enter the bottling date.

Enter the bottling date (without spaces or dots) day, month, year.

After this, we scan the barcodes (PDF417 and DataMatrix) for each bottle, as described in point 2. If necessary, you can specify the date for each bottle by clicking on the “Enter bottling date” button; if you do not change anything, then all bottles will have the date that was entered for the first time for the product.

Working with CheckMark

After scanning (this is the barcode that is scanned at the checkout) and searching for the product in the database, the CheckMark program will launch automatically.

Launching CheckMark, checking and connecting to the database may take some time (depending on the TSD model and Internet speed).

After scanning the barcodes (PDF417 and DataMatrix) of the first bottle, as described in step 3, enter the bottling date.

After this, we continue scanning the barcodes (PDF417 and DataMatrix) of the remaining bottles of the selected product range.

Deleting lines in a document

To delete lines with a scanned product in the “Collection of initial balances” document, go to the window for viewing what has been collected.

To remove, you need to scan the PDF417 barcode on a specific bottle.

Documents completed on TSD go to the Mobile SMARTS terminal server, documents are loaded into 1C from the terminal server. When using the “Direct connection to TSD” communication option, the download is performed directly from the TSD connected via ActiveSync or Mobile Device Center.

Having selected the documents required for loading, you must use the “Load into table” command. The document lines will be loaded and displayed in the bottom table of the form.

Select the document type and the document itself where the data will be loaded. By clicking the “Fill” button, the data will be loaded into the document.

Product not found

For the operation “Collection of initial balances”, if the product is not found by the entered barcode, then information about this and a menu will appear on the screen to select further actions.

You can cancel the entry, select a product from the list, link it to an article or code, if nothing is found, then save it as an unknown alcohol.

Working with installed program CheckMark, you can accept an unknown product based on data received from the Unified State Automated Information System.
