The message clarifies that the tariffs for individuals include VAT; for organizations, VAT is charged in excess of the approved payment amount.

MGTS notes that taking into account all the changes, the average increase in tariffs will be 8%.

“This increase in tariffs by 8% is only partial compensation for the inflation component. Over the past two years, according to the forecast of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, inflation will be more than 24%,” the message quotes the words of Deputy General Director - Financial Director of MGTS Dmitry Sharovatov.
