You can delay the delivery of all messages by two hours by creating a rule.
Open the tab File.
Select an item Manage Rules and Alerts.
Select a team Create a rule.
In the dialog box Step 1: Choose a template in Group Start with an empty rule select an option Applying a rule to messages I send and press the button Further.

On the menu Service click Rules and Alerts and press the button Create a rule.
In field Step 1: Choose a template In chapter Start with an empty rule click Check messages after sending, and then click the button Further.
On the list Step 1. Select selection conditions check the boxes for the options you want and click the button Further.
If no check boxes are selected, a confirmation dialog box will appear. If you press the button Yes, the created rule will be applied to all sent messages.
On the list Step 1: Select actions check the box delay delivery by [number] minutes.
In the dialog box Step 2: Change the rule description (click the underlined value) click the underlined word number and enter the length of time to delay messages before sending (in minutes).
Dispatch may be delayed up to 120 minutes.
Set the required exceptions.
In the dialog box Step 1: Give the rule a name Enter the name of the created rule.
Check the box Enable rule.
Click the button Ready.
After pressing the button Send every message will be delayed in the folder Outgoing for the specified time.
Note: If you are using a POP3 account, Outlook cannot be closed before the message is sent. To determine the type of account, on the menu Service click Setting up accounts. On the tab Email in the column Type Lists the account types in the active Outlook profile.

The startup Tinyyo Limited has developed a messaging service that allows you to set the sending time for SMS messages and publications in in social networks. The main feature of the program is the ability to pre-set the time for sending regular SMS or multimedia messages with photos and videos to contacts in address book. The user sets the time and date of sending, the text of the message, and selects one or more recipients. It is possible to edit scheduled messages.
As a result, you don’t have to worry about forgetting to wish a friend or relative a happy birthday if you configure Delayd in advance to send SMS greetings on specific dates. Did you find that you've run out of milk and your missus is at an important meeting that ends at seven? Instruct Delayd that the message “Honey, don’t forget to buy milk” should be sent after seven o’clock. The SMS will not distract her from her work and will arrive just in time.
In the same way, you can wake up a friend who asked for this with your SMS or distribute congratulations in advance before the holiday. There can be many reasons, but there is only one solution – Delayd.
Messages can be divided into groups: birthdays, anniversaries and social group. Apparently, they meant generally accepted holidays and some absolutely everyday nuances. You can also specify whether the offer should remind you to send a message, and whether the newsletter should be sent on some cyclical basis (every day, week, month, year).
The application continues to work even after reboot iPhone. All data is stored on the service, so scheduled messages will be sent even if the smartphone’s battery is completely drained.
Overall, the idea behind the app is very interesting, although not innovative. The interface is simple and visually very pleasing. Main disadvantage service is that Russia is not yet on the list of countries in which Delayd operates. But the developers promise to regularly expand the list of regions, so Russian users should in any case download the application to immediately find out about the release of the corresponding update.
Delayd is free and offers 50 free SMS. Messages over the limit are charged separately: $0.99 for 50 messages, $1.99 for 100 messages, $2.99 for 250 SMS and $3.99 for 500 SMS.
In this short instructions I will explain how to send delayed emails to operating system iOS. But why do you need delayed emails? There are many options:

Unfortunately, standard mail client does not know how to send letters at exactly the appointed time. Therefore, we will use an alternative option.
Download Spark from Readdle. The application is absolutely free and is an advanced email client. After installation you need to configure mail account in Spark.
Then, when writing letters, click on the icon in the lower right corner.
The application offers several standard time options, but you can set any date and time.
Overview of the functionality of the Scheduled application on iPhone
The Scheduled application works quite transparently. First, select the contact who should receive the messages, then enter the text of the message and indicate the time and date when it should be sent. What happens next? On the day and time you specify, the Scheduled application will display your iPhone reminder about the scheduled sending of a message. The text can be sent by any of the supported Scheduled applications, it will already be copied from the corresponding field - the default “Apple” Messages, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter, Mail (for sending a message by email) and Phone (you can call the contact to send the desired message in words).
The Scheduled app on iPhone does an excellent job of reminding you right time about the need to send messages. We receive a notification, select the application through which we want to provide information, and Scheduled independently fills in the required fields. Apart from the apps mentioned above, you can also use Skype, WeChat, Slack and even LinkedIn.
The application has the ability to configure the recurrence of messages - for example, once and for all you can solve the problem with congratulations on the birthdays of friends by indicating in Scheduled that the event repeats every year. True, the text will be the same. Interestingly, the application can import birthdays from the calendar if you have already entered them there. In this case, the procedure will take a matter of seconds.
The Scheduled application has a noticeable drawback - it is not yet possible to configure automatic sending of messages, but the developers claim that they are already working on expanding the functionality. Apple is often skeptical of apps that can automatically send messages.
IN free version Scheduled you can schedule only three messages. Frankly not enough. Another disadvantage of the application is that after the first launch it is difficult to find the option to upgrade to the premium version through in-app purchases; you have to go into App Store. Setting the date in the application could also be implemented more conveniently - in the form of a familiar calendar, rather than a selection wheel.
Verdict
Small, but useful application on iPhone, which will help you work with messages and communicate more effectively. It integrates well with contacts, supports almost any method of sending messages, including popular instant messengers like WhatsApp and Telegram, and also offers the ability to set up repeatable events. Alas, Scheduled does not automatically send messages, but the owner does not like this functionality iOS platforms, Apple. Overall, Scheduled on iPhone is quite convenient application for working with messages, for many it can be an indispensable utility. We recommend it to everyone who often sends a lot of messages from a smartphone in different applications.
